Sam Stelter

Sam is quite literally Suzanne's "right-hand man" and essential to the day-to-day operations of Powers Realty Group. Since joining Powers Realty Group, he has overseen over $250 million worth of Real Estate transactions. As a seasoned Sales Executive, Sam is a master of communication and organization. 

His main goal – taking one of life's biggest decisions, and walking you through every step of the way. Sam is a graduate from Marquette University High School and the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee’s Business Scholars program with a major in Finance. He is a lifelong Milwaukee resident and proud to call this city his home.
