Brown Deer Golf Course has been played by many famous golfers - Tiger Woods made his pro debut there in 1996 at the Greater Milwaukee Open.

Kletzsch Park is spread out over 141 acres and boasts sport areas for soccer, softball, sand volleyball, and archery. The Milwaukee River snakes through Glendale and features a waterfall, making it an ideal spot for catching spawning salmon.If a little more exercise is in the cards, take your bikes down the Oak Leaf Trail! The Oak Leaf Trail stretches 96.4 miles and winds through downtown Milwaukee.

There used to be many quarries in Glendale, as it used to be a mining town. Today, many of them have been repurposed as lakes and Glendale residents have built their homes around the beautiful man-made lakes to enjoy the views. Visit some of these lakes with your family for some summertime fun!

Parents and teens will enjoy Glendale’s conveniently located Bayshore Mall. The mall is located just off of Port Washington Road, which makes it easy to find some cool new clothes or eat some delicious food—give Devon Seafood and Steak a try if you are feeling like a fancy meal.
