With 20+ years working in corporate America and managing various businesses from both a buying and sales persons viewpoint, I have developed a broad range of skills including: value assessment(what is the property worth?), marketing(how do we sell fast for maximum value?) , planning(paint, prep, packing, paperwork, etc), negotiating(get you the max the market will bear), creative problem solving(inspection issues?), financial documents(net sales sheet, ROI, closing docs), presentations(selling your property) and negotiating(getting the max for your house).

My husband and I were moving cross-country and needed to find something fast in a hot area with low inventory. I attempted to work with several realtors before finding Dane. Others seemed like they had more important things to do and I never felt like they truly understood our situation or what we really needed. Dane first met with me at our home. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he and his firm have sold, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of information on comps in the area. Dane made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other realtors don't, personally providing professional staging advice, having professional photographs taken, and being readily available for any showing at anytime.
