The Blatz

This converted old brewer is probably my favorite building because of all the amenities the building has to offer at a really adorable price. The Blatz is located in the heart of Milwaukee just off Water Street and close to everything. Kilbourn Tower

I recently sold an 03 unit in this building with amazing city and Lake Michigan Views. If you are searching for a high-end condo in the city, then Kilbourn Towers is not to be missed. Kilbourn Tower is a 34 story luxury condominium building containing 74 units. It is located at the corner of Kilbourn Avenue and Prospect Avenue in Milwaukee. The east side of the building overlooks Juneau Park, Milwaukee Harbor, and Lake Michigan. The west side of the building overlooks the city including Cathedral Square Park and City Hall. Located in the third ward this pet-friendly Condo building resides along the Milwaukee River and offers boat slips to many of the condo owners here. The 160 units offered here provide a fun atmosphere with building amenities like an outdoor pool, party room, and workout facility.
