Something for agents and brokers to consider, Powers has identified a new problem in agent training that is emerging through our interview process.  Agents who are currently part of a local real estate brokerage team do not understand or know how to complete the process of an offer to purchase or a listing contract.  Perhaps this lack of education occurred due to the measures that needed to be put in place during the pandemic, however, there is a considerable lack of training occurring for agents with three years or less in the business who are a part of a team structure.  The agents assigned by the team leader to serve customers may not know or understand the complete process.
