The agent experience is so important to our company’s mission. Our focus is Milwaukee’s Luxury Housing Market so training and education is imperative to a superb customer-forward service experience. Agents are personally trained by Wisconsin’s Top Team Leader - Suzanne Powers through real listing appointments and buyer presentations. We are proud to say we focus on the personal experiences of our agents with a suite of services similar to the suite of services we offer our customers.

Suzanne Powers has an extensive coaching background with 30 years of experience in teaching pharmaceutical sale representatives and real estate agents. Suzanne’s direct involvement with each agent is Powers secret sauce to agent success. Since 2011, Suzanne has produced some of the best agent salaries in the business, consistently out stripping NAR’s annual average salary income for agents by three times the national average.

Post-Covid Agent Proficiency:

Something for agents and brokers to consider. Powers has identified a new problem in agent training that is emerging through our interview process. Agents are lacking an understand or do not know how to complete the entire process of an offer to purchase or a listing contract. Perhaps this lack of education is emerging as a post Covid problem, but there is a considerable lack of training occurring in agents with three years or less in the business. The agents assigned by the team leader to serve customers may not know or understand the complete process. An agent not knowing or understanding the mechanics of a listing contract or the offer to purchase adds liability and confusion to an already sophisticated process. Powers offers agents a soup to nuts education on all facets of the offer to purchase and listing contracts. We offer a suite of services to our agents in a similar fashion to how we offer a suite of services to our customers. When agents work with us, we take each agent’s personal experience to heart. We now require each agent to have a college degree and a minimum of 2 years of sales experience to join our team. We have found our clients want to be associated with a brokerage more similar to them in professionalism, education, and proficiency so over the last year we have implemented stricter guidelines in accepting new team members.
