I began my real estate career in 2003 after successfully running and operating a small, thriving publication company in Wisconsin. Real estate was a natural fit for my skill set because I had become an experienced investor in North Shore multi-family dwellings. Today my focus is on North Shore real estate with an emphasis on River Hills and Mequon.
"Scott is extremely gifted in real estate sales. I have worked with Scott Morey for his entire real estate career. He's second to none in Milwaukee's North Shore." - Suzanne Powers
"He works tirelessly to promote the buying and selling of properties"
"We have known and worked with Scott Morey for several years to help us identify and buy our new home, and to sell our existing home. We would highly recommend Scott in either capacity; he works tirelessly to promote the buying and selling of properties, and was very helpful in helping us get our existing home ready for sale. Regarding our home sale, we had an accepted offer within approximately 3 months of listing the property, in spite of a down economy and listing the property in early January. This was certainly due to Scott’s efforts and suggestions during the sales process. We also had a web-site devoted to the activity on the home, so we could view comments on our home, which was also helpful. In short, Scott did a wonderful job for us, and we would highly recommend him as a real estate professional

"We have no reservations to highly recommending Scott Morey"
"We are writing in recommendation for Scott Morey. We have worked with Scott since 2004, and have had only positive experiences. We have been rather active in the real estate market and have had the following dealings with Scott: purchase of our home in Shorewood in 2005 for $1,300,000, listing and sale of our former home in River Hills in 2006 for $770,000, made offer, which was accepted, to purchase home on N. Lake Drive, Whitefish Bay in 2008 for $2,100,000, and listing of our current home in 2008 for $1,900,000.
The purchase of the home in Whitefish Bay did not occur due to issues discovered during an inspection prior to closing. Scott supported our decision to not go through with this purchase after the inspection, and, despite the obvious negative financial impact to himself, did not encourage us to change our minds. With all of our encounters with Scott, he has been prompt and accurate in his preparation of offers to purchase and other forms, and has always explained the often confusing paper-work to us. We have no reservations to highly recommending Scott Morey."
