When you put your house up for sale, most people forget about what has to be done! When the market is on fire it might be a different story, but when you are on the market for (10) months it takes perseverance, a cool head for business, market knowledge and "we can get this done attitude" which is something that Ricky does every day! We had 100's of texts, phone calls and emails - he always had a cool head and was VERY prompt in his communication back to us.
